The High Performance Value Chain and Chicago’s Residential Energy Disclosure Requirements

This presentation describes seven steps to achieving fair real estate value for high performance and energy efficient homes. It discusses how Chicago’s energy cost disclosure ordinance fits with these steps, as well as other measures currently being taken to integrate energy efficiency into the real estate value chain.
