Elevate Community Solar Pro Forma

The Elevate Community Solar Pro Forma provides users with a simple tool to assess the financial performance of the installation and long-term subscriber management of proposed community solar projects.

Users can enter only a few high level inputs and get meaningful financial analysis by using the default data values provided in this tool. Additionally, the Inputs Page allows users to adjust many parameters for more nuanced system design and subscriber management assumptions.

The outputs provide a number of important financial metrics, including simple payback, return on investment, net present value, internal rate of return, and subscriber benefits.

The cashflow pages provide details for each year for the life of the system for various ownership and off-take business models, including System Ownership-Leased Offsite, System Ownership-Host Onsite, System Ownership-Host Anchor, Onsite Host and Anchor, or Anchor-Only business models. Descriptions and assumptions for each business model can be found on individual cashflow pages.
