Bilingual Project Delivery Lead
The Project Delivery Lead supports the implementation of Elevate’s environmental health and water programs for residents in Chicago and suburban Cook County, Illinois. This position is integral in advancing Elevate’s mission of equitable access to clean and affordable heat, power, and water in homes and communities. The Project Delivery Lead applies relationship management, customer service, and project management skills while working on water safety, healthy homes, energy and water efficiency, electrification, or other program areas within Elevate. The position may collaborate across teams in a lead or support role.
The Project Delivery Lead reports to the Manager, Project Delivery. This position is located in Chicago, Illinois and is currently hybrid-remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage project implementation activities such as intake, relationship building, project coordination, and portfolio management.
- Coordinate and conduct phone assessments and site visits with customers and installation contractors.
- Generate and/or review assessment reports based on contractor recommendations.
- Establish scope of work with customers and guide them through the program steps.
- Communicate between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost and meeting plans are communicated.
- Document daily progress of assigned projects and keep up-to-date activity logs in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform to ensure visibility and data accuracy.
- Track key metrics related to data quality and customer experiences.
- Monitor task/project completion status to identify at risk projects.
- Meet production performance metrics to help the programs achieve monthly and yearly goals.
- Actively seek out opportunities to learn more about the team, how it functions, and how to potentially make processes better.
- Assist program team with compiling project documentation for program reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one (1+) year of experience in account management, sustainability, nonprofit, or other related work
- Associate degree or higher in related discipline preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer relationship management skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to pivot quickly from situation to situation and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or experience with customer relationship management systems preferred
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
- Resilient attitude, capacity to manage a high volume of work/complex situations, and a demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to develop an understanding of program structure and recognizing which SMEs (subject matter experts) are needed to troubleshoot issues
- Valid US drivers license
- Ability to work independently and employ problem-solving skills when encountering obstacles

Compensation
The total compensation for this position includes health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), defined contribution benefit (401k with contribution), professional development, generous paid time off policies, and a flexible schedule. This is an exempt individual contributor position with a salary range of $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience.
