Financing Energy Efficiency Retrofits of Affordable Multifamily Buildings

This paper summarizes financing, information and other barriers to multifamily energy efficiency retrofits. It then describes opportunities for overcoming those barriers, such as on-bill financing, other financing options from the Community Investment Corporation, and Elevate Energy’s full-service approach.
